Online Learning from SATD: 'Hospitality Without Barriers'

"The State Tourism Development Agency of Ukraine invites all representatives of HoReCa establishments to the online training session titled 'Hospitality Without Barriers.' The event will take place on Friday, September 22nd, at 10:00 AM. The training will be conducted by an expert in architectural accessibility and inclusive social practices, Volodymyr Visotskyi.

The main topic of the event is how to make your establishment barrier-free, focusing on architectural accessibility and inclusive services. During the training, the expert will present a guide on architectural accessibility and inclusivity developed with the support of DART and Lviv Tourism Office. This guide is based on current state building regulations for inclusivity and best global practices in accessibility in the tourism industry. It contains all the necessary information for creating an accessible environment in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other establishments contributing to the urban hospitality infrastructure.

After the seminar, all participants will receive a link to the guide, which they can use in their work to create an accessible space in their establishments."
